With an employee group of 19, as well as a team of sub-contractors, J&K Group will take care of any exterior or interior job – modernizing appearance and improving functionality, adding levels of beauty and luxury, helping to create that feeling of comfort for both residents and guests.

Supervisors
Julian Pjetri
Julian has over 15 years of experience in construction and as a general contractor, after getting into the business with a construction engineering degree from George Brown College, as well as a property management certificate from Humber College.
Julian is the owner of J&K Group Ltd.
Arthur
Artur brings over 25 years of experience in construction to the table, including six years of interior and exterior work at G&A Construction.
He has a construction engineering degree and currently oversees mostly exterior projects for J&K Group Ltd.
Kristian Nika
Kristian has over eight years of experience in construction, and oversees interior projects.
He is vice president of J&K Group Ltd., and has a degree in business accounting from the University of Toronto.
